Remote Full Time 2+ years

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at KadamTech, you will own the SEO and paid-acquisition programs that drive measurable growth for both our own brand and our clients. You will plan and execute campaigns across search, social, and content, then live in the analytics to prove what is actually working. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role where your decisions are judged by pipeline, leads, and return on ad spend, not vanity metrics.

The work spans strategy and execution. One week you might be running technical and on-page SEO audits, building a content calendar, and earning backlinks; the next you could be setting up and optimising Google Ads and Meta campaigns, refining audiences, and cutting wasted spend. You will also design and run conversion experiments on landing pages and funnels, working alongside our design and engineering squads to ship improvements quickly.

This role is exciting because of its scope and autonomy. You will see the full picture from first impression to closed deal, choose where to place bets, and watch your work move real numbers. What you'll do

  • Plan and execute SEO programs, including technical audits, on-page optimisation, and link building
  • Build and manage content calendars that support search and demand-generation goals
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Analyse funnels and report on key metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Design and run A/B tests on landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Maintain dashboards and present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to ship landing pages and tracking improvements

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience driving measurable growth
  • Practical SEO experience across technical, on-page, and content/link-building work
  • Hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong comfort with GA4, Google Search Console, and campaign analytics
  • A data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and reporting
  • Clear communication skills for presenting results and recommendations
  • Nice to have: experience with marketing automation, CRO tooling, or SEO platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush
